Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 4–8 business days

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can also access your tracking details directly from your order confirmation page.


Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking your tracking information regularly

  • Contacting the shipping carrier

  • Checking with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office

Packages that are returned to the sender because they were unclaimed or refused may be subject to a reshipping fee.


Incorrect Shipping Address

LevityCare cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team at:

After this period, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once the order has been delivered.


Lost Packages
