1. Return Period

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

  • Include any accessories, inserts, or items originally received with the order

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) concerned

  • The reason for the return (optional)

Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • An incorrect item was received

  • The issue was caused by an error on our part

In these situations, LevityCare will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate alternative solution.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Most refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Whenever possible, please include photos showing the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • Another appropriate resolution

No additional return shipping charges will apply in these cases.


7. Gift Orders

If the returned item was purchased as a gift and marked as such at the time of purchase, a LevityCare store credit may be issued to the gift recipient.

Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.


8. Return Processing

To help us process your request efficiently, please respond promptly to any communications from our support team.

Failure to provide requested information may delay the resolution of your claim.


9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and health protection reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or altered.

LevityCare reserves the right to refuse returns of products that are no longer in a condition suitable for resale where permitted by applicable law.


10. Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we encourage you to contact our customer support team.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our standard customer service process.
